Propose an Event or Show

The Mira Theatre Guild has a fairly simple process for proposing events and productions at the theater. Anyone may do it!

The process allows us to explore new ideas for theater, music, community events, meetings, art shows and more. It requires the completion of our Event Proposal Form, with details about scope, cost, timing, etc., and submission to the Board of Directors for review.

The Board will review the proposal and may ask for you to join us in person to discuss your ideas. Upon Board approval the various necessary documents to support your proposed event or production (artist's contract, rental/leasing agreement, etc.) will be drafted and signed. A Board member will act as your event champion to insure it goes smoothly.

The Mira Theatre Guild is looking for a full partner for its events. Your assigned Event Champion will guide you through using the building, ticket sales and concessions. However, it is your responsibility to put a support team together to produce, market and get the production or event up and running.
