Guild Policies and Procedures

In order to more clearly and consistently communicate the goals and operations of the Guild, the Board has agreed that policy and procedure (P&P) documents will be drafted as means by which the Board’s decisions are codified. These documents outline the Guild’s policies regarding things such as rental agreements, membership management, asset management, access to the theater, etc. The P&P documents are drafted by Board members with input from the Guild (usually in the form of sub-committees not necessarily comprised solely of Board members), reviewed and voted upon by the Board. Once voted into operation a given P&P is considered to be Guild operational policy until superceded or amended.
